Newbury Green is a LGBTQ+ affirmative practice. We are committed to providing diversity and equality to all patients, and employees and do not tolerate any form of discrimination or language or behaviour that references any form of homophobia, biphobia and transphobia.

We are proud to have been recognised with a LGBT Foundation Pride in Practice Gold certification in 2018 for excellence in lesbian, gay, bisexual, and trans healthcare.

We have a helpful noticeboard in practice filled with LGBTQ+ resources and are working to replicate this electronically on the website before the end of 2024.

We are also always looking for new and diverse members to join our Patient Participation Group, and in particular are looking for LGBTQ+ representation to help us improve our practice.
