Repeat Prescriptions

If you are on regular treatment your doctor may agree to you having repeat medication for a period of time, without making an appointment.

Ordering Repeat Prescriptions

You can order a repeat prescription in the following ways:

• Online through the website.
• By posting your request to the practice.
• By visiting the practice.

Please allow 2 working days for routine prescriptions.

Please do not telephone the surgery to ask if a routine repeat prescription is ready to collect as this ties up the phone lines and creates unnecessary work for all the staff as they are not permitted to answer these queries over the telephone.

If you require a repeat prescription for oral contraceptive medication, please book an appointment with the practice nurse to arrange this.
